        In the past and present, charcoal has been widely used since the resources are easily obtained. As a consequence, cutting down trees has a direct impact to the environment. Presently, the numbers of forests in Thailand are decreasing. The government has issued a regulation controlling relevant uses and production of charcoal to prevent export. If exporting is absolutely necessary, an official approval must be granted otherwise it will be considered illegal.
        This is incorporated into our company policy in order to produce charcoal made from coconut shell. For exporting purposes, our company emphasizes the use of pure coconut shell without other ingredients such as corn or bark. Furthermore, we are the only company in Thailand that is able to produce squared-shape charcoal from 100% coconut shell.
        Our company is patented which is something we are very proud of. We emphasize exporting the products in order to bring income to Thailand.
